Are You Living It?

I have this piece of paper hanging on my wall where all my fellow classmates last quarter wrote something they liked about me, after reading them all there was one common theme… “Love your laugh.” “Never change your laugh.” “Best laugh ever.” “Very contagious laugh.” “Love your positive energy and irresistible laugh.”

I will try to keep my laugh lit from within as I deal with the tough roads life seems to be taking me down the past few months. I am trying my best to focus on the simple pleasures of a sweet laugh from a child I hear playing, or having such kind words or gestures like these notes offered to me… they really can heal the soul. I am a true believer in the healing power of laughter, take a look at this article… and giggle.
